This past weekend, my sister and I participated in the Art on the Avenue street fair in Dayton Kentucky and had a great time! The invitation was very exciting for the both of us since we have never participated in an Art fair. The event showcases local talent in and around the Northern Kentucky area showing anything from wood carving, air brushing, Tie dye, jewelry, glass blowing and painting. Our booth featured; Tie dye, stencil art, tote bags and greeting cards each hand crafted and designed by either myself or my sister. The most popular items for us were the Bleached Tree Hugger totes and a T-shirt design in stencil art and paint (see pics below).
Currently the stencil art T-shirt is sold on our Etsy site. If interested, just follow the link to our site. We will be adding new items weekly so check back often to see if there is anything that is of interest to you. If you don’t see anything you like but have an idea for a gift or would like a one of kind item for yourself, just contact us here or at our Etsy site.
The event was a great first for each of us and we look forward to participating in future events around town. We would like to thank our host Leslie Carr, Director of the event, and Dayton Kentucky for having us and we look forward to participating again in 2014!
